At GROUNDED  I work in deep connection with nature, bringing passion, awareness and consciousness to both the products I create and services I offer.  I garden with a focus on healthy soil and use of only organic growing practices.  By choosing native plants and practices that benefit pollinators I work to harmonize both landscape and ecology.

I offer Perennial Garden Maintenance, Vegetable Garden Maintenance, Garden Creation and Design, Edging, Weeding, Planting, Watering, Garden Sitting~ (Temporary watering and harvesting while you are on vacation) Spring  and Fall Clean Ups, and more.

Serving Cumberland and surrounding towns. 

GROUNDED Herbal Products are created in my micro apothecary in Cumberland Maine.  Products are made with and open loving heart and highest vibrational alignment in kinship with healing plants.    Offering extracts, salves, lotions and teas from plants native to Maine.  I make small batches of herbal products infused with love.  I am also happy to grow and prepare plant medicines, just for you.
